Victoria's high Country is located in the state's north east. The region is known for its wine and cheese produce, bushranger history and outdoor activities, but truly comes alive during the winter months when ski season is in full swing. Popular alpine and ski resorts in the region are Mt Buller, Falls Creek, Mt Hotham and Mt Buffalo.
