Ballarat Streetscape
Ballarat has grown from a 19th century gold rush town to become the largest inland city in Victoria. Much of the city’s early beginnings can still be seen throughout the town in the form of Victorian streetscapes with beautifully restored buildings, museums and the historical village Sovereign Hill. Other attractions include Lake Wenderee and the botanical gardens, both perfect for leisurely walks and picnic lunches.
